bm222's Culture of Responsible Gaming
bm222 believes that gaming is for entertainment only. Your safety and well-being on our platform are always our top priority.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino games are a great source of entertainment, but it is important to enjoy them in a balanced and controlled way. bm222 believes every player should know when to stop and how much spending fits within their budget. Responsible gaming is not just a rule — it is a culture that we want to build within every one of our users.
Millions of people in Bangladesh now look for entertainment online. bm222 provides multiple safety tools to keep that entertainment safe. Deposit limit setting, self-exclusion, time-out features and 24/7 support in Bengali — all of these are available on our platform. If you feel that gaming is affecting your daily life, please contact us right away.
Please remember: creating an account and playing games on this platform is available only for those aged 21 and above. Minors have no opportunity to create an account, and we strictly follow this rule.
Our Safety Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set in advance how much you will deposit each day, each week or each month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. It can only be increased after 24 hours, but can be decreased instantly.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account yourself for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days — at any time, with no questions asked.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. During this period all marketing communications will also be stopped.
Gaming History Review
You can view your deposit, withdrawal and betting history at any time. Reviewing your own patterns makes it easy to see where you need to be more careful.
Account Verification
At bm222, every account is verified to confirm that the user is an adult and a real person. We maintain encryption and fair play standards to ensure a safe environment.
24/7 Support in Bengali
If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, reach out to our live chat in Bengali at any time. Our trained support team is always ready to point you in the right direction.
For Adults Only
Creating an account and playing games at bm222 is for those aged 21 and above only. To protect minors we follow strict age verification procedures. Parents are requested to use parental control software to manage their children's device usage.
Signs of Problem Gaming
If you notice one or more of the signs below in yourself, seek help before it goes further. Acknowledging the problem is the first step toward a solution.
Warning Signs
- Continuing to play repeatedly to try to recover lost money
- Feeling the urge to deposit more than your budget allows
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Neglecting work or studies because of gaming

Our Advice
A few simple responsible gaming habits will keep your experience balanced and enjoyable.
Set Your Budget First
Decide in advance how much you will spend in each session. Never exceed that amount — use the deposit limit feature.
Keep Your Playing Time Limited
Avoid playing for long stretches at a time. Take regular breaks and set aside time for family, friends and hobbies.
See It as Entertainment
Betting is not a way to earn money — it is entertainment. If you are under financial pressure, refrain from playing.

How to Activate Safety Tools
After logging in to your account at bm222, go to the "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" menu. There you can directly set a deposit limit, select a time-out or activate self-exclusion.
When time-out is activated, you will not be able to log in to your account for the selected period. During this time no deposits, bets or game sessions can be carried out. Once the period ends your account will be reactivated automatically.
When self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to log in under any circumstances for the chosen duration. For permanent self-exclusion, the account will be closed completely and cannot be recovered in the future.
If you have trouble activating any tool from the settings, contact us directly via live chat or email at [email protected] — we will activate it on your behalf.

FAQ and Guide

The Role of Family and Loved Ones
Often it is family or friends who first notice the signs of a problem. If you think someone close to you is becoming addicted to excessive gaming, have an open conversation with them and encourage them to contact the bm222 support team.
Protecting minors: If you have children or teenagers at home, use a password on your device and make sure you log out. Never leave the bm222 app or site within reach of minors.
Financial management: Never consider betting as a source of income. Keep a set entertainment budget each month and do not go beyond it. Before making a deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, always review your monthly budget.
Mental health: Refraining from gaming during moments of anxiety, depression or mental stress is the wisest course of action. Betting during these times can make the situation worse. Seek professional mental health support if needed.
